✅ Minimum Eligibility Criteria
- Legal: Registered institution under Indian laws.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in coaching for MHT-CET or similar.
- Financial:
- ₹5 Cr annual turnover (last 3 years)
- Positive net worth as of 31 March 2024
- PAN, GST registration
- Track Record:
- Student lists (2021–2024)
- Percentile records (above 85%)
- Not blacklisted (self-declaration mandatory)
🧑🏫 Scope of Work
- Set up a world-class digital coaching facility using Sansthan’s infrastructure.
- Deliver coaching + study material with qualified faculty (preferably IIT/NIT alumni).
- Manage admissions, curriculum, internal exams & discipline.
- Provide free/discounted seats for:
- Students scoring >90% in 10th (free)
- <90%: 50% fees by student, 50% by Sansthan
- Orphaned children / single mothers’ children with >80% (free)
- Fee hike only with prior Sansthan approval.
- Provide regular performance data and cooperate with surprise inspections.
- Handle approvals, permissions, taxes, and safety responsibilities.
- Submit detailed academic calendar and exam schedule.
📝 Deliverables Expected
- High-quality coaching for MHT-CET (2-year program).
- Transparent fee structure (per student/year inclusive of all taxes).
- Strong placement of students into engineering/medical colleges.
- Cooperation with Sansthan for data, reporting, and inspections.
⚖️ Other Conditions
- Premises usage limited strictly to coaching purposes.
- Disputes to be resolved in Rahata court jurisdiction.
- Sansthan reserves the right to cancel the project at any stage.
