Scope of Work

The selected agency will be responsible for:

1. Conducting offline Women's Self-Defence Training.
2. Organizing training batches at locations identified by Rajkot Rural Police.
3. Deploying qualified female trainers/coaches.
4. Providing all necessary training equipment.
5. Conducting awareness and orientation sessions.
6. Following the SOP issued by Gujarat Police.
7. Coordinating with Police Stations and District Police officials.
8. Maintaining attendance records.
9. Submitting progress reports and completion reports.
10. Ensuring participant safety.
11. Organizing inauguration and closing events wherever required.
12. Completing the assignment within the contract period.

The SOP also specifies that approximately 620 women may be trained across the identified police station jurisdictions (subject to administrative variation).

Eligibility Criteria

The participating organization should:

1. Be a legally registered organization.
2. Have office operations in Gujarat.
3. Possess valid PAN.
4. Have GST Registration.
5. Have TAN Registration.
6. Have PF Registration.
7. Have ESIC Registration.
8. Have Professional Tax Registration.
9. Not be blacklisted by any Government organization.
10. Submit the prescribed affidavit regarding non-blacklisting.
11. Upload all supporting registrations.

The SOP issued by Gujarat Police further emphasizes that agencies must comply with the approved operating procedures and institutional eligibility requirements.

Experience Criteria

The bidder should have:

1. Minimum 3 years' experience in similar services.
2. Experience of conducting similar training for Government organizations.
3. Successful completion of similar assignments during previous financial years.
4. Documentary proof of work orders/completion certificates.

MSME organizations are eligible for relaxation in experience wherever applicable under GeM provisions.
