Scope of Work

The selected training partner will be responsible for designing, coordinating and delivering the Summer Internship Preparation Program for approximately 370 MBA students of IIM Udaipur.

The scope includes:

  1. Designing a structured preparation framework aligned with summer internship recruitment requirements.
  2. Conducting resume preparation and resume review workshops.
  3. Delivering interview preparation sessions and mock interviews.
  4. Conducting case interview and guesstimate workshops.
  5. Organising group discussion preparation, including general and case-based GD practice.
  6. Providing one-on-one or small-group mentoring support.
  7. Offering company-specific, role-specific and sector-specific preparation support.
  8. Onboarding qualified trainers, mentors, industry professionals and interview panelists.
  9. Providing student-wise, session-wise and consolidated program-level reports.
  10. Maintaining attendance, participation records, feedback summaries and mentoring observations.
  11. Ensuring confidentiality, professional conduct and fair delivery throughout the assignment.

The programme may be conducted in online, offline or hybrid mode, as decided by IIM Udaipur.

Pre-Qualification / Eligibility Criteria

Eligible bidders must meet the following requirements:

  1. The bidder must be a legally established entity in India, registered as a Company, Partnership Firm or LLP.
  2. The bidder must be actively engaged in placement preparation services, employability training, interview preparation, career readiness or related domains.
  3. The bidder must hold valid PAN and GST registration.
  4. The bidder must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in B-School / MBA student placement preparation, interview training or career readiness programmes.
  5. The bidder must have completed either:
    1. 10 preparation or training projects involving 250 or more candidates each, or
    2. 5 large-scale MBA employability or placement-readiness engagements involving 350 or more students each.
  6. The bidder must have experience of working with one or more of the Top 10 IIMs as per NIRF Rankings 2023, 2024 or 2025 during FY 2022-23 to FY 2024-25.
  7. The bidder must have a functional office presence in India.
  8. The bidder must demonstrate operational capability with trainers, mentors, interview coaches and support personnel.
  9. The bidder must deploy at least one Project Manager and 2-3 team members for the assignment.
  10. The bidder must have capacity to handle 250+ candidates in a single preparation cycle.
  11. The bidder must have a pool of 30+ experienced trainers from Top 10 NIRF-ranked institutes.
  12. The bidder must not be blacklisted, debarred or involved in litigation affecting contract execution.

Only bidders securing at least 70 marks in the technical evaluation will qualify for financial bid opening. The bidder with the highest final QCBS score will be recommended for award.

Submission Guidelines

Bidders must submit bids online only through the Central Public Procurement Portal. Offline, email, courier, hand delivery or physical submission will not be accepted.

The bid must be submitted in two covers:

Cover 1: Technical Bid

The technical bid should include eligibility documents, mandatory declarations, technical scoring evidence, signed tender document, Bid Securing Declaration, confidentiality declaration and all supporting documents.

Cover 2: Financial Bid

The financial bid must be submitted only in the prescribed BOQ Excel format. The BOQ format must not be changed. Rates should be all-inclusive, including professional fees, trainer or mentor costs, coordination costs, technology or platform costs, administrative overheads, applicable taxes and statutory charges.

Financial details must not be disclosed in the Technical Bid. Any such disclosure may lead to disqualification.
