Scope of Work

Pre-Qualification Criteria

Past Experience Requirement

The bidder must have successfully executed similar services during the prescribed period. The experience requirement may be supported through one of the following:

1. Three similar completed services, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; or
2. Two similar completed services, each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; or
3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost.

Valid proof may include contract copy with invoices, client execution certificate with contract value, or any other document supporting successful execution.

Financial Criteria

The bidder must have a minimum average annual financial turnover of ₹30 lakh during the last three years ending 31 March of the previous financial year.
