Scope of Work

The selected agency will provide end-to-end consulting services for modernization of ICT and Electronics training, including:

1. Assessment of existing training infrastructure
2. Designing training strategies and frameworks
3. Policy development & business process reengineering
4. Gap analysis and benchmarking
5. Implementation support for ICT & Electronics training programs
6. Capacity building and knowledge transfer to KEONICS staff
7. Monitoring, evaluation, and performance improvement frameworks

 Pre-Qualification Criteria

• Applicants must meet the following:

1. Registered firm/company in India (no consortium allowed)
2. Minimum 3 years of operational experience
3. GST & Income Tax compliant
4. ISO 9001 certified (consulting services)
5. Office in Bengaluru (or undertaking to establish within 30 days)
6. Not blacklisted, no legal disputes (affidavit required)

1. At least 1 project (₹25 lakh+) in ICT & Electronics Training (Govt/PSU)
2. At least 1 EduTech project with Govt/PSU
3. At least 1 project in Policy Development / BPR
4. Experience supported by work orders & completion certificates

 Financial Criteria

1. Minimum average turnover: ₹25 lakhs (last 3 years)
2. Positive Net Worth in at least one of last 3 financial years
3. Financial documents must be CA-certified

1. Tender Fee: As per eProcurement portal
2. EMD: ₹50,000/-
3. Mode of EMD: Online (Credit Card / Debit / NEFT / OTC)

2. Separate Technical & Financial Proposals required
