Scope of Work

The selected agency will be responsible for:

1. Conducting self-defense training sessions (Judo/Karate-based) in schools
2. Delivering training in offline mode during school working days
3. Managing approximately 55 batches with structured sessions
4. Providing certification to trained students
5. Ensuring qualified trainers (black belt / certified coaches)
6. Covering training for girls from Class 6 to 12
7. Organizing 36 hours of training per batch (approx.)
8. Conducting sessions at school-level locations across Bhavnagar

Eligibility Criteria

Basic Eligibility

1. Registered संस्था/Agency/Company (as per applicable law)
2. Must not be blacklisted by any Govt./Semi-Govt. organization
3. Must comply with labour laws and statutory requirements

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar training services
2. Experience with Government/PSU projects preferred
3. Past performance requirement:

Trainers must have:

1. Agency must have relevant sports/self-defense training accreditation

Financial Criteria

Minimum Average Annual Turnover: ₹2.31 Crore (last 3 years)
