Scope of Work

Eligibility Criteria
Technical & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar services
- Must have executed:
- 3 similar works (≥40% value), OR
- 2 similar works (≥50% value), OR
- 1 similar work (≥80% value)
- Experience must be with Government / PSU organizations
- OEM Restriction
- Training is earmarked for OEM firm (M/s Sagar Defence Engineering Pvt Ltd, Pune)
Qualification Criteria
- Compliance with GeM technical specifications

- OEM Authorization Certificate
- Experience documents
- Financial documents
- Participation in Reverse Auction (RA) (Top 50% technically qualified bidders)
Financial Criteria
- Minimum Average Annual Turnover: ₹3 Lakhs (last 3 years)
- MSEs eligible for turnover relaxation
- Estimated Tender Value: ₹5,10,822
- Bid validity: 180 days
