The selected training partner will be responsible for designing and delivering structured training modules that combine theory, simulator sessions, and supervised drone flying practice.

7. Arranging training equipment and resources
8. Supplying training drones for student practice
9. Conducting training for 180 students in multiple batches
10. Maintaining attendance records and submitting training completion reports
11. Issuing training completion certificates to students
12. Providing drones to the university as part of deliverables
13. The training programme must maintain a balance between theoretical learning and practical exposure to drone technology.

16. Maximum Batch Size: 25 students
17. Training Duration: Minimum 30 hours per batch
18. Training Mode: Theory + Simulator + Live Drone Flying
19. During practical sessions, students may be divided into smaller groups to ensure safe operations and better hands-on exposure.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Interested agencies must meet the following eligibility conditions:
2. GST Registration
3. The bidder must possess a valid GST registration certificate.
4. Local Office Requirement
5. The bidder must have a functional office in Andhra Pradesh established at least 6 months before the tender publication date.

Non-Blacklisting

1. The bidder must submit a declaration confirming that they are not blacklisted or debarred by any Government department, PSU, or University.

Experience Requirement

1. The bidder must have successfully completed at least one work order worth ₹1 Crore or more.
2. The project must be from a Central/State Government University in India.
3. The work should relate to training, skill development, or technology programmes.
4. Supporting documents such as work order and completion certificate must be submitted.

Financial Criteria

1. The bidder must have a minimum average annual turnover of ₹1 Crore during the last 3 financial years.
2. Proof must be submitted through:

4. EMD Amount: ₹1,25,000
5. EMD Exemption: MSME bidders are exempted from submitting the EMD.
