The Indian Navy under the Ministry of Defence has released a GeM tender for providing Professional Training Services (Offline) in the domain of Artificial Intelligence and Industry 4.0. The training is classroom-based and designed for advanced-level participants, focusing on digital transformation, IIoT, and AI applications.
The engagement involves delivering a 2-day training program for approximately 15 trainees at Pune, Maharashtra.
Scope of Work
- The selected bidder will be responsible for:
- Delivering offline, instructor-led classroom training
- Conducting advanced-level training in AI and Industry 4.0
- Covering topics such as:
- Digital Transformation
- Industrial IoT (IIoT)
- Data Science for operations and supply chain
- AI leadership and project ideation
- Providing certification of participation
- Conducting training at the service provider’s premises
- Managing training logistics for approximately 15 participants
Eligibility Criteria
Organizational Eligibility
- Indian registered entity (Company, LLP, Partnership, Proprietorship, or Government Society)
- Valid PAN and GST registration
- Must not be blacklisted by any Government/PSU
Technical Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar services
- At least 5 years in training domain (as per ATC)
- Experience in Industry 4.0 / AI training programs
- Must have:
- Training infrastructure/labs (Experience Centre / Model Factory Lab)
- ISO 9001:2015 certification
Experience Criteria
Completion of:
- 3 similar projects (≥40% value), OR
- 2 similar projects (≥50% value), OR
- 1 similar project (≥80% value)
Financial Criteria
- Minimum average annual turnover: ₹3 Lakhs (last 3 years)
- Financial stability declaration required (non-bankrupt, not under liquidation)
- Audited financial statements or CA certificate required
Relaxations
MSEs and Startups:
- Exemption in turnover and experience (subject to eligibility proof)
- Preference given to:
- Government / Semi-government / Section-8 organizations
- Firms with experience in government-funded projects
