The Indian Navy under the Ministry of Defence has released a GeM tender for providing Professional Training Services (Offline) in the domain of Artificial Intelligence and Industry 4.0. The training is classroom-based and designed for advanced-level participants, focusing on digital transformation, IIoT, and AI applications.

The engagement involves delivering a 2-day training program for approximately 15 trainees at Pune, Maharashtra.

 Scope of Work

1. The selected bidder will be responsible for:
2. Delivering offline, instructor-led classroom training
3. Conducting advanced-level training in AI and Industry 4.0
4. Covering topics such as:
5. Digital Transformation
6. Industrial IoT (IIoT)
7. Data Science for operations and supply chain
8. AI leadership and project ideation
9. Providing certification of participation
10. Conducting training at the service provider’s premises
11. Managing training logistics for approximately 15 participants 

1. Indian registered entity (Company, LLP, Partnership, Proprietorship, or Government Society)
2. Valid PAN and GST registration
3. Must not be blacklisted by any Government/PSU

Technical Eligibility

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar services
2. At least 5 years in training domain (as per ATC)
3. Experience in Industry 4.0 / AI training programs
4. Must have:
5. Training infrastructure/labs (Experience Centre / Model Factory Lab)
6. ISO 9001:2015 certification

1. 3 similar projects (≥40% value), OR
2. 2 similar projects (≥50% value), OR
3. 1 similar project (≥80% value)

1. Minimum average annual turnover: ₹3 Lakhs (last 3 years)
2. Financial stability declaration required (non-bankrupt, not under liquidation)
3. Audited financial statements or CA certificate required

1. Exemption in turnover and experience (subject to eligibility proof)
2. Preference given to:
3. Government / Semi-government / Section-8 organizations
4. Firms with experience in government-funded projects
