📌 Important Notes:
  1. Submission is strictly online at e-Procurement Portal of Bihar.
  2. Empanelment does not guarantee work allocation.
  3. Selected agencies must register each training center on the BSDM portal or another notified portal after shortlisting.
  4. BSDM portal will handle the end-to-end lifecycle: registration, batch formation, attendance, assessment, certification, and partner onboarding.
  5. BSDM reserves the right to accept/reject proposals or cancel the RFP at any stage without assigning reasons.
