AMHSSC PMKVY 4.0 Apparel Sector Training EOI – Call for Proposals

The Apparel Made-Ups Home Furnishing & Skill Council (AMHSSC) invites eligible agencies, industry partners, Centres of Excellence (CoEs) and other eligible entities to submit proposals for training under the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) 4.0 in the Apparel, Made-Ups and Home Furnishing sector.

Scope of Work

The EOI covers Short-Term Training (STT), Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), or both. Proposals must be demand-driven, industry-linked and submitted on a district-wise basis, identifying the state, district, training location, proposed training targets and relevant job roles.

Applicants should demonstrate industry demand, implementation capacity, suitable training infrastructure, trainer availability and industry linkages. STT proposals should include relevant on-the-job training (OJT), placement linkages and post-training tracking arrangements. RPL proposals should identify participating industries and proposed training arrangements.

Eligibility and Professional Qualification Criteria

Interested agencies, industry partners, CoEs and other eligible entities may apply, subject to applicable PMKVY 4.0 guidelines. Applicants should demonstrate adequate infrastructure, relevant industry connections and the capacity to implement the proposed training interventions.

The EOI does not prescribe a minimum number of years of experience, minimum annual turnover or minimum net worth. No quantified technical evaluation or scoring matrix is specified in the supplied document.

Financial Criteria, Tender Fee and EMD

Applicants must provide project cost details, any CSR or industry contribution, candidate fees if proposed, the funding requested under PMKVY, and a supporting budget breakdown. No fixed estimated project cost, minimum turnover, net worth threshold, tender fee or Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is specified.
