Tender Fee and EMD

Tender Fee

The RFP specifies:

  1. ₹1,180 – E-Service Fee
  2. ₹1,000 – Bid Document Fee

Therefore, the stated tender/document-related fee totals ₹2,180.

The tender notice states that payment may be made online through Internet Banking or by generating an RTGS/NEFT challan.

Important EMD Discrepancy

There is an important internal inconsistency in the uploaded document that should be highlighted before bidders rely on the information.

The RFP's main tender notice states EMD of ₹37,520, while the eligibility section also states ₹37,520 and mentions Demand Draft/Bank Guarantee. However, the Bid Document Checklist on page 13 states EMD Fees of ₹35,720 and describes it as online payment.

The terms and conditions separately state that EMD payment can be made online through Internet Banking or by generating an RTGS/NEFT challan.

Website publishing note: SkillCouncils.com should preferably display the EMD as “₹37,520 as per the main RFP; page 13 checklist mentions ₹35,720—bidders should verify the final amount and payment mode on the Haryana e-Procurement Portal/with the procuring authority.” This avoids presenting an internally inconsistent figure as definitive.
