Scope of Work
The selected agency will be responsible for:
- Delivery of theory and laboratory sessions for identified technology courses.
- Developing curriculum, session plans, learning material and laboratory content.
- Deployment of qualified trainers, faculty members and industry experts.
- Supporting examination, assessments, assignments and evaluation processes.
- Providing industry-recognized certifications.
- Designing and commissioning AI / Advanced Computing Laboratory.
- Organizing workshops, hackathons, guest lectures and industry interactions.
- Supporting capstone projects.
- Participating in governance meetings, semester reviews and reporting.
- Providing semester-wise deliverables and academic support.
The Institute will retain ownership of admissions, academic governance, grading and degree award. The engagement is proposed for an initial four-year period, extendable based on performance.
Pre-Qualification Criteria
Interested bidders must satisfy the following:
- Registered Company / LLP / Partnership in India.
- Valid GST Registration.
- Valid PAN.
- Average Annual Turnover of at least ₹100 Crore during FY 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 from IT and IT-enabled services.
- Positive Net Worth as on 31 March 2025.
- Not blacklisted by any Government Department/PSU during the previous five years.
- Minimum 50 technical professionals on payroll in India.
- Experience in System Integration Projects during the last five years.
- Experience in conducting technology training/workshops for Educational Institutions, Government Departments, PSUs or large enterprises during the last five years.
Technical Evaluation
The tender will be evaluated under QCBS.
Technical Evaluation includes:
- Documentary Evaluation (50 Marks)
- Technical Presentation (50 Marks)
Minimum Technical Qualifying Score:
60 out of 100
