Scope of Work

The scope of work includes civil/building infrastructure work related to galvanum sheet installation at Bilagi Madhuvana Training Centre in Siddapur Taluk. The BOQ includes the following major items:

The work is classified under Buildings and is expected to be completed within 2 months as per BOQ descriptions.

Pre-Qualification Criteria

Eligible bidders should meet the following broad pre-qualification requirements:

1. Bidder must be registered with KPWD and the KPPP portal.
2. Joint Venture bids are not acceptable.
3. Bidder must not be under any declaration of ineligibility for corrupt or fraudulent practices issued by the Government of Karnataka.
4. Bidder must provide department registration details, banker details, and details of works executed in the last five years.
5. Bidder must provide lists of existing commitments, ongoing works, and tenders already submitted.
6. Available tender capacity should be more than the total tender value and should not be less than ₹7.38 lakh.

Eligibility Criteria

Bidders must comply with the following eligibility conditions:

1. Only eligible contractors registered with the relevant department/KPWD and KPPP portal may participate.
2. Tenderers from Joint Ventures are not accepted.
3. The bidder should not have been declared ineligible due to corrupt or fraudulent practices.
4. Relevant category certificate must be uploaded where applicable.
5. The contractor must scan and upload the KPWD Registration Copy, PAN Card, GST/VAT Certificate, postal address, and mobile number.
6. The work must be executed according to department specifications, and all materials must be of approved quality.
7. Any damage during execution must be borne by the contractor.
8. The contractor must execute the agreement within 20 days of tender acceptance.

Financial Criteria

The tender requires bidders to submit a turnover certificate for the previous five years, certified by a Chartered Accountant. The bidder should have achieved a minimum turnover equal to or above ₹7.38 lakh in at least two financial years.

Tender Fee and EMD Details

The bidder is responsible for ensuring that both the tender processing fee and EMD are credited into the respective receiving bank accounts before the last date and time of bid submission.

The uploaded notification also indicates bid submission closing on 01 June 2026 at 16:00 and opening on 02 June 2026 at 16:30.

Submission Guidelines

Bidders must submit their bids online through the Government of Karnataka KPPP portal. The bid must be submitted after payment of the EMD and tender processing fee through e-payment. Corrigendum, modification, or correction, if any, will be published on the website only.
