Other Conditions

1. Bidder must not be blacklisted
2. No conflict of interest (restrictions on relatives working in AU)

 Financial Criteria

1. EMD: ₹1,960 (Mandatory, no exemption)
2. Processing Fee: ₹1,000 (Non-refundable)
3. Additional EMD: 1.5% of contract value (for selected bidder)
4. Retention Amount: 5% from bills
5. No interest payable on deposits
6. Corpus Fund: 0.04% (for successful bidder)
