 Scope of Work

The selected bidder will be responsible for:

1.  Delivering offline training programs in IT and software certification domain
2.  Conducting training for approximately 20 trainees in batches
3.  Managing 2 batches with ~10 trainees each
4.  Providing basic level IT training with study material
   
5.  Conducting training sessions of 2 hours per day over 2 days
6.  Ensuring training delivery at a third-party training location
7.  Issuing third-party certification (if applicable)

General Eligibility

1.  Minimum 2 years of experience in similar training services
2.  Must have completed:

Turnover Criteria

1. Minimum average annual turnover of ₹1 lakh in the last 3 financial years

Relaxations

1. MSE (Micro & Small Enterprises):
2. Exemption in experience & turnover (subject to proof)
3. Startup: No relaxation provided

Financial Criteria

1.  No EMD required
2.  No Tender Fee applicable
3.  No ePBG (Performance Bank Guarantee) required
4.  Financial evaluation will be Total Value Based (L1 Selection)

1. Submission Mode: Online via GeM Portal only
2. Bid Type: Two Packet Bid (Technical + Financial)
3. All documents must be uploaded digitally
4. No physical submission required
