🔷 Eligibility Criteria
✅ Technical Eligibility
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar training services
  2. Must have executed similar projects with Government/PSU
  3. Experience requirement:
    1. 3 projects (≥40% value) OR
    2. 2 projects (≥50%) OR
    3. 1 project (≥80%) of estimated cost
✅ Organizational Requirements
  1. Registered entity (Company/NGO/Agency)
  2. Office presence in Gujarat (mandatory)
  3. ISO certification preferred
  4. Valid PAN, GST, ESIC, PF registration
✅ Trainer Qualification
  1. Certified trainers in recognized sports/self-defense disciplines
