- Software-enabled computers and accessories (as per detailed specs)
- On-site installation, commissioning, and staff training
- After-sales support and 1-year warranty (AMC included)
Delivery & Commissioning:
- Delivery within 3 months from the date of work order
- Commissioning within 1 month after delivery

💰 Financial Criteria
- Turnover:
₹10 Crore (Manufacturer) or ₹50 Lakhs (Dealer/Distributor)
- EMD (Earnest Money Deposit):
As per portal instructions (to be paid online via Tamil Nadu Public Procurement Portal)
- EMD adjusted against 3% Performance Security for successful bidder
- EMD forfeited if bid withdrawn or performance security not furnished
- Performance Security:
3% of Contract Value (via DD or Bank Guarantee)
- Bid Validity:
3 months from date of opening

As per www.tntenders.gov.in (downloadable from portal)
💵 Payment Terms
- 40% Advance – with purchase order
- 50% Payment – on delivery of machinery at CFC site
- 10% Payment – after successful installation, commissioning, and submission of Performance BG (10% of total value valid for 6 months)
🧾 Taxes and Duties
- Prices must be quoted in INR (inclusive of all taxes, freight, insurance, training, and installation).
- GST/Customs Duty to be shown separately.
- Entry tax, if any, reimbursed on proof of payment.
- Supplier responsible for all statutory taxes until delivery.
🛠️ Warranty and AMC
- Warranty: 1 year from installation or 18 months from final delivery, whichever earlier.
- AMC: 1-year post-warranty AMC included in price.
- Service:
- Response time for breakdown: 24 hours remote / 3 days onsite
- Replacement of spares: routine – within 3 days; special – within 10 days
