1. Scope of Work

1. Selection of Training Provider (TP) for conducting Skill Development Training on:
   1. LMV Driving
   2. Two Wheeler Service Technician
2. Training will be conducted in 13 locations across 12 Bru Resettlement Camps in Tripura.
3. Objective: Provide employability-linked skill training aligned with local demand, industry partners, and entrepreneurship development.

2. Pro Qualification / Eligibility Criteria

1. Bidders must be:
   1. NSDC / Skill India Portal registered Training Providers, OR
   2. Training providers already conducting programs under the Directorate of Skill Development, Govt. of Tripura.
2. Should have a proven track record in delivering quality, outcome-based skill training.
3. Must show evidence of placement linkages and entrepreneurship development support.
4. (Detailed technical evaluation criteria are in Section-III of the tender document – usually covering past project experience, empanelment certificates, trainer qualifications, infrastructure readiness, etc.)

3. Financial Criteria

1. Estimated Cost of Work: ₹30,27,272/- (Thirty Lakh Twenty-Seven Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Two).
2. Bid Validity: 180 days from date of opening.
3. No explicit turnover/net worth criteria visible in extracted section, but bidder must be financially sound to handle project execution.

4. Tender Fee & EMD

1. Tender Fee: ₹1,500/- (non-refundable).
2. EMD: ₹60,545/- (refundable for unsuccessful bidders).
