📚 Scope of Work:

Provide training in German language (A1 to B2 levels).
Deploy 1 certified trainer per college for 50 students.
Provide physical + online materials.
Conduct training over 10–12 months (6 hrs/day).
Facilitate certification (Goethe, TELC, or ÖSD exams).
Use of Learning Management System (LMS) + integration with APSSDC’s NAIPUNYAM portal.
Attendance via AEBAS biometric system.
Minimum 70% pass rate required.

🧑‍🏫 Trainer Qualifications:

For A1/A2: B2 certified + 2 years’ experience
For B1/B2: C1 certified + 2 years’ experience

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

Turnover	₹2 Cr avg. in FY 2022-23 to 2024-25
Experience	Min. 2 years in foreign language training; at least 1 year in German
Infra	Head Office in India + branch in Andhra Pradesh
Clean Record	Not blacklisted by Govt/PSU

🟢 Minimum 70 marks required to qualify.

💵 Financial Evaluation (QCBS Method):

Weightage: 70% Technical + 30% Financial
Final Score = 0.70 * T + 0.30 * F
L1 bidder determined by highest total score.

💳 Payment Terms (Milestone-Based):
