🎯 Objectives of Empanelment
To establish a pool of qualified and experienced veterinarians who can:
- Deliver animal health services
- Develop training and IEC content
- Build capacities of farmers and para-vets
- Support technical documentation, project strategies, and assessments
- Contribute to research, evaluations, and field innovations in livestock systems
🔍 Scope of Work
Empanelled veterinarians may be asked to:
- Conduct field-based veterinary services for goats, poultry, and cattle
- Train various stakeholders (farmers, Pashu Sakhis, para-vets, staff)
- Create training manuals, SOPs, and IEC materials
- Write reports, livestock strategies, and case studies
- Undertake feasibility studies and impact evaluations
- Provide advisory on animal husbandry innovations and climate-resilient practices

|
Local language proficiency and communication skills desirable

Other Preferences

Experience with rural communities, NGOs, CSR, or development projects is preferred

- Interaction: Shortlisted candidates may be invited for an interview or technical interaction
- Finalization: Empanelled for 2 years
💼 Terms of Engagement
- No guarantee of minimum assignments
- Each consultancy will have:
- Defined TOR
- Pre-agreed remuneration
- Adherence to PGPL's ethical standards and policies is mandatory
- PGPL reserves the right to terminate empanelment for non-performance or misconduct
💰 Remuneration
Based on:
- Complexity of assignment
- Travel involved
- Consultant's profile (experience, qualifications)
- Agreed upon before starting each assignment
