Scope of Work
The selected contractor will be responsible for supplying quality catering and training-support material for training programmes organised at the AHVS Training Centre, Haveri. The key scope includes:
- Vegetarian lunch for trainees, including roti/chapati, two vegetable dishes, rice, sambar, sweet, pickle, papad and clean drinking water.
- Morning and afternoon tea/coffee with biscuits/snacks during training breaks.
- Training kits, including training manual, 50-page small-size pad, pen, folder and A4-size 200 GSM certificates.
- Food and refreshments must be ready at least 30 minutes before the scheduled training break or meal time.
- The contractor will be responsible for quality, hygiene, timely delivery and service at the training venue.
