Scope of Work

The selected contractor will be responsible for supplying quality catering and training-support material for training programmes organised at the AHVS Training Centre, Haveri. The key scope includes:

  1. Vegetarian lunch for trainees, including roti/chapati, two vegetable dishes, rice, sambar, sweet, pickle, papad and clean drinking water.
  2. Morning and afternoon tea/coffee with biscuits/snacks during training breaks.
  3. Training kits, including training manual, 50-page small-size pad, pen, folder and A4-size 200 GSM certificates.
  4. Food and refreshments must be ready at least 30 minutes before the scheduled training break or meal time.
  5. The contractor will be responsible for quality, hygiene, timely delivery and service at the training venue.
