Scope of Work

The tender covers relaying of pipeline and related civil work at Govt. ITI Kannur. The scope includes:

1. Providing and fixing ASTM pipes of different sizes including 50 mm, 25 mm and 20 mm pipes.
2. Jointing of pipes using one-step PVC solvent cement.
3. Trenching, refilling and testing of joints.
4. Providing HDPE 50 mm pipeline.
5. Execution of work as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
6. General civil work connected with pipeline installation and relaying.

1. Registered bidders of Kerala PWD, or
2. Bidders from any State or Central Government Engineering Department having similar functionalities like Kerala PWD.

The bidder classification required for this tender is CIVIL-D.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible bidders should comply with the following:

1. Must be registered with Kerala PWD or eligible government engineering department.
2. Must meet the CIVIL-D bidder classification requirement.
3. Must submit the bid online through the designated e-GP portal.
4. Must submit all documents in the required online cover/envelope format.
5. Must provide required e-payment details, including bank account details with core banking facility and email address. Tenders without these details may be rejected.

1. Payment of bid submission fee/tender fee.
2. Submission of bid security/EMD.
3. Online submission of price bid.
4. Furnishing of e-payment/bank account details.

Submission Guidelines

Bidders must follow the e-procurement process as specified in the tender notice:

1. Bid documents and BOQ can be downloaded from the Kerala e-GP website.
2. All bid documents must be submitted online only.
3. Manual/offline submission will not be accepted.
4. Bids must be submitted in the designated online covers/envelopes.
5. Late tenders will not be accepted.
6. Price bid must be submitted online only.
7. Bid submission fee must be remitted online during bid submission.
8. Tender opening will be conducted online at the office of the Assistant Executive Engineer, Buildings Sub Division, Kannur.
9. If the opening date falls on a holiday or non-working day, the tender will be opened on the next working day at the same time and place.

1. Kerala PWD registration or equivalent eligible government engineering department registration proof.
2. Proof of bidder classification, if applicable, especially CIVIL-D category.
3. Bid submission fee payment confirmation.
4. EMD/Bid Security payment confirmation or applicable exemption proof, if allowed in the detailed bid document.
5. Completed online technical bid documents.
6. Completed BOQ/price bid in the prescribed online format.
7. Bank account details with core banking facility.
8. Valid email address for e-payment and tender communication.
9. GST/PAN and statutory registration documents, if required in the detailed bid document.
10. Any additional documents specified on the Kerala e-GP portal or detailed bid document.
