5. Valid ESI & EPF registration
6. Manufacturer authorization (if applicable)

1. Experience in similar supply projects to Government departments
2. Must have completed 80% of similar work value in at least one year (relaxed for MSMEs)
3. Submission of past work orders and performance certificates
4. Technical compliance with tender specifications

1. Amount: ₹28,200
2. Mode: Online through e-procurement portal
3. Validity: 45 days beyond tender validity

1. Submission through Karnataka e-Procurement Portal only
2. Two-bid system:
   1. Technical Bid (documents & eligibility)
   2. Financial Bid (price quote)
3. All documents must be uploaded in digital format
4. EMD submission is mandatory
5. Late submissions will be rejected
