Davangere University has released a short-term e-Tender (EOI Call-2) inviting applications for empanelment of Knowledge Partners to implement skill development and employability projects across the university and its affiliated colleges.

The initiative focuses on placement-linked, demand-driven training programs aimed at enhancing youth employability and entrepreneurship opportunities.

1. Mobilization and selection of candidates with counseling support
2. Conducting training programs using university/approved infrastructure
3. Providing additional infrastructure, labs, and equipment (if required)
4. Delivering high-quality training aligned with job roles
5. Deployment of certified trainers (ToT qualified)
6. Ensuring assessment, certification, and reporting
7. Facilitating placement, internship, and OJT opportunities
8. Compliance with government and scheme guidelines

4. NSDC / Sector Skill Council empanelment mandatory
5. Not blacklisted by any government authority
6. Minimum 10 employees
7. Presence in Karnataka (office/branch)
8. MoU with at least 2 State Universities in Karnataka
