1. The selected contractor will be responsible for the completion of the Ground Floor of a Skill Training Centre, including:

Eligibility Criteria

1. Interested bidders must meet the following eligibility conditions:

1. Must be a registered contractor with the Government of Andhra Pradesh in the appropriate class
2. Must not be blacklisted, suspended, or debarred by any government department
3. Should comply with all tender conditions and qualification requirements
4. Must declare absence of conflicts of interest (including departmental relations)

2. Contractors employing recently retired government officials (within 2 years) without permission are ineligible
3. Contractors with poor past performance or litigation issues may be disqualified
