Scope of Work
- The selected contractor will be responsible for the completion of the Ground Floor of a Skill Training Centre, including:
Key Activities:
- Completion of pending civil construction works
- Structural finishing and building works as per approved designs
- Execution as per Andhra Pradesh Standard Specifications (APSS)
- Site preparation, material procurement, and labor management
- Installation of necessary infrastructure components
- Ensuring compliance with safety, labour, and environmental norms
- Quality assurance and defect liability compliance (24 months)

Eligibility Criteria
- Interested bidders must meet the following eligibility conditions:
General Eligibility:
- Must be a registered contractor with the Government of Andhra Pradesh in the appropriate class
- Must not be blacklisted, suspended, or debarred by any government department
- Should comply with all tender conditions and qualification requirements
