🎯 Scope of Work
The selected institute will be responsible for end-to-end execution of Management Development Programs (MDP) including:
- Designing and delivering customized training modules
- Conducting 11-day training programs over 5 weeks
- Covering key topics such as:
1. Strategic Thinking
- Financial Analysis
- Leadership & Emotional Intelligence
- Project Management
- Negotiation Skills
- Organizing:
- Lectures, case studies, simulations

Eligibility Criteria

- For at least 3 different clients
✔️ Faculty Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in MDP delivery
- At least 4 qualified faculty members
- Qualification:
- MBA / MSW / MPM / Psychology / Organizational Development
- Or Defence Services Officers
