📌 Objective
To empanel a Third-Party Agency for conducting an assessment of Skill Development Activities implemented by CIPET across its nationwide network of training centres.
📋 Scope of Work
- Analysis & Assessment
- Centre-wise evaluation (enrolled, trained, assessed, certified, placed).
- Identify internal/external influencing factors, gaps, and best practices.
- Stakeholder Interaction
- Holistic data gathering and insight generation from CIPET stakeholders.
- Deliverables
- Draft impact assessment report.
- Supporting documentation: surveys, interviews, photos/videos, etc.
- Strategic recommendations for improvements and future expansion.
