🎯 Scope of Work
Engagement of a coaching agency to provide residential or non-residential coaching to Scheduled Tribe (ST) students preparing for Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) under the Akanksha Yojna. The coaching agency will be selected based on technical and financial qualifications.
✅ Pre-Qualification / Eligibility Criteria
Based on documents to be submitted:
  1. Turnover Certificate from a Chartered Accountant.
  2. Declaration format listing students previously coached and qualified.
  3. Self-certification on the number of coaching centers in Madhya Pradesh and India.
  4. Certificate of Teachers proposed for the CLAT coaching.
Additional probable eligibility (from typical criteria in such schemes):
  1. Proven track record in entrance coaching (especially law/CLAT).
  2. Infrastructure availability in Madhya Pradesh.
  3. Adequate qualified faculty.
  4. Preferably experience with ST or government-funded schemes.
💰 Financial Criteria
