🧠 Scope of Work
- Provide game-based digital psychometric assessments for career planning.
- Assess key attributes: Aptitude, Personality, Motivators, Intelligence, Interests, Mindset, Values.
- Deliver auto-generated career reports (Hindi & English).
- Maintain student dashboards, career repositories, milestone tracking, and analytics.
- Offer virtual and in-person counselling via trained counsellors.
- Ensure cloud-based deployment, security protocols, and high availability.
- Provide a central helpdesk, training, and onboarding for institutional stakeholders.

🧮 Financial Criteria
- Bid should include:
- Per-candidate career assessment cost
- Counsellor deployment costs (2 per project, 10 days/month travel)
- Lodging, travel, and all-inclusive expenses
- GST must be specified separately
- NIL bids will be treated as unresponsive
- Financial Score Formula:
Financial Score = (Lowest Quote / Bidder’s Quote) * 100
