🔹 Scope of Work
- Establish, operate, and maintain foreign language training centers.
- Provide certified trainers in German, English, Japanese, and Arabic.
- Install software and infrastructure as per detailed lab specifications.
- Ensure the use of CEFR-standard language software.
- Conduct assessments and provide international certification.
- Maintain MIS, trainer qualifications, attendance, evaluation, and reporting.

🔹 Financial Criteria
