Who Can Apply

1. Only CSDCI/DGT accredited agencies/institutes
2. Single legal entity only (Joint Ventures not allowed)

Minimum Requirements

1. Registration under Societies Act / Indian Trust / Companies Act
2. HQ/branch in Rajasthan preferred
3. Audited balance sheets for last 5 financial years
4. Not blacklisted/debarred
5. Proven track record (≥3 years) in onsite training
6. Minimum 3 years experience for Training Supervisors
7. Required infrastructure (classrooms, labs, etc.)

💰 Fee Structure

Note: All fees to be submitted in original (physical) + scanned copy online on eproc.rajasthan.gov.in.

🎓 Training Structure

1. Number of Masons to Train: 1,000
2. Number of Houses to Construct: 200
3. Duration: 45 days per batch, 8 hours/day
4. Honorarium: ₹38.50 per hour per trainer
5. Each cluster = 25 trainees; build 5 houses
6. TPs to deploy 5 resource persons + 1 program coordinator per district

6. Infrastructure Details

Part 2 – Technical Bid (Stage 2)

1. Tech-3A and Tech-3B formats

Financial bid is not uploaded initially and will be invited only from technically qualified agencies.

⚠️ Other Conditions

1. No subcontracting or joint ventures allowed
2. Bid Validity: 90 days from technical bid opening
3. Training location: Gram Panchayat level in clusters
4. Toolkits will be provided by the department
