📘 Scope of Work
- Provide comprehensive training for police constable exam aspirants.
- Subjects to be covered:
- Reasoning & Data Interpretation
- Quantitative Aptitude
- Gujarati Comprehension
- Constitution of India
- Current Affairs, Science & Technology
- General Knowledge, History, Cultural Heritage, Geography (Gujarat & India)
- Each candidate to receive:
- Printed study material (books, test papers, NCERT content)
- Pen drive/app login with 200 hours of recorded lectures
- Infrastructure support at taluka level
- Final evaluation with completion certificate
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Registered firm with audited financials for 2023–24.
- Average turnover of ₹16 lakhs over the last 3 years.
- Experience of conducting minimum 5 police exam trainings in the last year.
- Evidence of training minimum 30 candidates in each of the last 5 years (e.g., photos, feedback, results).
- At least 4 faculties with 5 years of experience in relevant teaching fields.
- UDYAM Registration & NSIC/CSPO certificate (for MSE exemption in turnover/EMD).
- Notarized declaration that:
- No misleading or incorrect documentation is submitted.
- The bidder accepts full responsibility for technical evaluation.

B. Experience & Training Records
- Work orders & training completion certificates for minimum 5 trainings in police competitive exams.
- Documentation proving minimum 30 candidates trained in each of the last 5 years:
- Candidate names
- Results/pass list
- Photos, videos, feedback
- Faculty proof: Names, subjects, and experience certificates for minimum 4 faculties.
C. Declarations and Other Submissions
- Self-declaration regarding:
- Truthfulness of submitted documents.
- Acceptance of technical evaluation outcome.
- EMD payment proof.
- Infrastructure commitment: Confirmation of readiness to set up training infrastructure at taluka level within 2 days.
- Content & material commitment:
- Books, recorded content, tests, etc.
- Pen drive/app with 6 months access
- Copy of syllabus covered.
- Draft batch plan and timetable.
- Completion certificate format.
- GST undertaking.
