🎯 Objective

To empanel reputed coaching institutions for providing comprehensive JEE/NEET coaching (online/offline) to underprivileged and skilled students under the District Annual Innovation Plan with a total budget of ₹50 Lakhs.

📌 Key Tender Details

✅ Minimum Eligibility Criteria

• Registered under Indian Laws (Company/Trust/Partnership/Sole Proprietor).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in JEE/NEET coaching.
• Average turnover of ₹10 Lakhs in the last 3 years.
• At least 50 candidates selected in JEE/NEET in past 5 years.
• Coaching in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (and Maths for JEE).
• Not blacklisted and no criminal cases against governing members.

📚 Scope of Work

1. Provide JEE/NEET coaching with study materials, test series, and performance tracking.
2. Qualified faculty (B.E./M.E., M.Sc., etc.) with proven teaching experience.
3. Coaching centers must include digital classrooms, AV rooms, and student support services.
4. Institutes must conduct regular assessments and submit performance data.
5. Empanelled institutes must provide coaching for:
   1.  Sponsored students from Zilla Parishad.
   2. Additional self-paying students if desired. 

🧾 Required Documents (Technical Bid)

1. Registration certificates (PAN, GST, etc.)
2. ITRs, financial statements, CA-certified turnover certificate.
3. Proof of success: student selection lists, faculty profiles, infrastructure photos.
4. Sample study material and detailed academic plan.
5. Declarations (non-blacklisting, no criminal record, etc.)

💰 Financial Bid Includes:

1. Coaching fee per student for online & offline modes.
2. Fee for complete syllabus + test series (clearly itemized).
3. Exclusive of GST (quoted separately).
4. Pricing valid for one year.

📅 Important Notes

1. Coaching fee will be paid in 4 installments based on progress milestones.
2. Institutes must submit final coaching reports, attendance & test results.
3. Performance Bank Guarantee: 3% of contract value (adjusted against EMD).
4. Chief Executive Officer, ZP Ratnagiri reserves full rights to amend, accept, or reject bids.

2. Evaluation based on infrastructure, teaching quality, past results, financial strength.
