- Preference for training vulnerable groups:
- Manual scavengers
- Transgenders
- PwDs
- Trafficking victims
- Rehabilitated bonded laborers

- Must be a Project Implementing Agency (PIA) with valid Permanent Registration Number (PRN) from Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD).
- Must comply with DDU-GKY Guidelines & SOPs (available on www.ddugky.gov.in).
