🌱 Kudumbashree’s Call to Skill Kerala: DDU-GKY 2.0 Expression of Interest

🚀 Objective:

To engage eligible Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs) to skill and place rural poor youth under the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) 2.0 in Kerala.

📌 Who Can Apply?

Organizations that are:

1. Registered under Indian Trusts/Societies Acts, Companies Act, or LLPs.
2. Government or semi-government bodies.
3. NGOs registered with NITI Aayog’s Darpan Portal.
4. Over 3 years old (except Start-ups with approval).

💼 Eligible PIA Categories:

1. Captive Employers
2. Existing PIAs with >50% placement record

💰 Fees & Financials:

1. Non-refundable application fee: ₹25,000 via Canara Bank.
2. Remuneration to Candidates:
   1. Within India:
      
      1. <6 months training: ₹10,000/month
      2. 6–12 months: ₹15,000/month
   2. Abroad: ₹25,000/month (flat)

🎯 Key Requirements:

1. Job placement in trained trades is mandatory.
2. Minimum 70% placement rate is non-negotiable.
3. Placement split: Max 20% in self/gig employment, min 50% in wage employment.
4. Placement proof = salary slips, PF/ESIC/NEFT with employer validation.
5. Preference to rural training centers.
