Scope of Work:

1. The tender is for providing Vocational Training Services—Version 2 offline, within school hours, at the buyer's location, specifically CSS VE in Schools. The training programs are categorized into various trades, including Apparel, Automotive, BFSI, Beauty and wellness, Construction, Healthcare, IT-ITES, Plumbing, Power, Retail, Tourism and Hospitality, Electronics and Hardware, Telecommunication, Agriculture, and Media and Entertainment.  

Pre-qualification Criteria:

1. Minimum average annual turnover of the bidder for the last 3 years: 1000 Lakhs.  
2. Years of Past Experience Required for same/similar service: 5 Years.  
3. Past Experience of Similar Services required: Yes.  
4.  The bidder must have experience providing similar services to any Central/State     Govt Organization/PSU.  
5. The bidder must have successfully executed/completed similar Services over the last three years:
6. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; or
7. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; or
8. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost.  

Documentary evidence required:

1. Certified Audited Balance Sheets or a certificate from the Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant indicating the turnover details. Copies of relevant contracts/orders to be uploaded as proof of past services.   

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Bidders must meet the pre-qualification criteria related to turnover and experience.  

Financial Criteria:

1. Minimum Average Annual Turnover of the bidder (For 3 Years): 1000 Lakh (s).  
2. Estimated Bid Value: ₹420,941,400.  
3. EMD amounts vary for each schedule, ranging from ₹8,280 to ₹930,120.  
4. ePBG Percentage: 2.00%.
