The selected Training Partners will be responsible for conducting skill training in various courses. The training is to be conducted as per the guidelines issued by the Chhattisgarh State Skill Development Authority and the District Project Liveihood College Society Mahasamund.  

The institutions must be registered as a Vocational Training Provider (VTP) with the State Skill Development Authority (CSSDA), Raipur, Chhattisgarh, OR be a training institution/establishment involved in teaching/training in the relevant sectors and registered under the Chhattisgarh Society Registration Act 1973/Companies Act 1956/Trust Registered and Indian Trust Act, OR have experience in training and the necessary infrastructure for the specific courses.  

1. The institution must have adequate infrastructure and equipment for training.  
    
2. They must have ToT Certified trainers.  
    
3. Capability to provide On The Job training and Multi Skill training.  
    
4. Verifiable information on the employment/self-employment of previously trained beneficiaries.  
    
5. Capacity for mobilization and counseling of applicants.  
    
6. Information on employers for the placement of trained beneficiaries.  
    
7. The institution should not have been blacklisted by the State/Central Government.  
    

Security Deposit:

1. The institution has to submit a security deposit of ₹10,000 per course through a Demand Draft in favor of "ZILAPARIYOJNA LIVELIHOOD COLL MSMD TRN," payable at HDFC Bank, Mahasamund.  

1. ₹500 (if the EOI form is downloaded from the website), to be paid via Demand Draft.  

Bank Guarantee:

1. Selected institutions must provide a bank guarantee of ₹50,000 after the contract is signed and before training begins.
