The scope of work includes providing:

1. Basic Soft Skill Training (2400 seats)  
2. Advanced Coding Training (1200 seats)   

1. Bidders must meet quality and technical specifications.  
2.  MSEs are exempt from "Bidder Turnover" and "Experience Criteria" if they meet quality and technical specifications.  
3.  OEMs are exempt from the "OEM Average Turnover" criteria if they meet quality and technical specifications.  
4.  Bidders seeking exemption must provide supporting documents.  

 Eligibility Criteria

1. The minimum average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the last three years should be as specified in the bid document.  
2.  Bidders must have experience in regularly manufacturing and supplying the same or similar category products to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU for the number of financial years as indicated in the bid document before the bid opening date.  
3.  Preference is given to Class 1 local suppliers as defined in the Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India) Order 2017.  
4.  Bidders must comply with labor laws.  
5.  Bidders from countries sharing a land border with India must be registered with the Competent Authority.  

1. The minimum average annual turnover of the bidder for the last three years is 8 Lakhs.   
2. Documentary evidence of the turnover is required, such as audited balance sheets or a certificate from a Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant.  

 Tender Fee and EMD

1. The EMD amount is 45000.  
2. MSEs and Service Providers are eligible for exemption from EMD.   
3. Valid supporting documents are required for EMD exemption.   
4. EMD and Performance Security should be in favor of the Beneficiary, which is the Joint Registrar NIT Durgapur.    

1. Bidders must upload documents to prove eligibility for exemption from Turnover/Experience Criteria.   
2. Relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates should be submitted as proof of experience.   
3. Bidders must upload a certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of local content.
