The University of Kashmir has issued an e-tender for constructing a three-storeyed building (G+2) for classrooms/faculty rooms/library, teacher education lab, laboratory, scholars' room, and washrooms at the University of Kashmir. | Pre-Qualification Criteria |
- The scope of work involves the construction of a three-storeyed building (G+2) for classrooms/faculty rooms/library, teacher education lab, laboratory, scholars' room, and washrooms at the University of Kashmir. Pre-qualification Criteria
- The bidder must be a civil contractor registered with J&K Govt., CPWD, Railways, or other State/U.T/Central Governments.
- The bidder must be a registered Civil Contractor.
- The bidder must have a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) as per the Information Technology Act-2000.
- The bidder must submit bids online in electronic format with a digital signature.
Financial Criteria
- The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 537.70 Lacs.
- The tender document fee is Rs. 8500.
- Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is Rs. 10,75,400/-.
- The average annual financial turnover should be at least 50% of the advertised cost during the last 05 years.
- The bidder must have the financial capacity to execute works, and the available bid capacity should be more than the total value of the advertised amount.
- The bidder must provide a report of financial standing, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, auditor's reports, and ITR/TDS for the last 05 financial years.
- Evidence of access to lines of credit and availability of other financial resources/facilities [ten percent (10%) of the proposed contract value certified by bankers (Scheduled / Nationalized Bank)].
Tender Fee and EMD
- The cost of the Tender document is Rs. 8500, to be paid through e-Challan.
- The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is Rs. 10,75,400/-.
- The EMD must be in the form of an e-Challan.
- The EMD of unsuccessful bidders will be released only after the submission of the original Tender document Fee (e-challan).
Submission Guidelines
- Bids must be submitted online in electronic format with a digital signature.
- Bidders must upload scanned copies of all necessary documents with the bid.
- Bidders must upload the tender document fee in soft copy format.
- All documents should be scanned at 100 dpi with a black and white option.
