Scope of Work
- The selected agency will be responsible for managing and operating mess and catering services for students and trainers at the SSR GSP hostels. This includes providing daily mess services as well as catering for events like conferences and seminars.
Pre-qualification Criteria
- The bidder must be a registered legal entity (Company, Partnership firm, or Proprietorship) in India, and must have been in existence for at least 3 years.
- The bidder should have experience in providing catering services to government institutions or large private entities, with a value of at least INR 3 Crores in the last 3 years.
- The bidder must have an average minimum annual turnover of INR 3 Crores from catering services in government schemes during the last three financial years (2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25).
Eligibility Criteria
- Valid licenses related to food safety and handling (FSSAI, etc.) are required.
- The bidder must be registered with authorities under Employees Provident Fund and Employees State Insurance Acts, etc.
- The bidder should not have been blacklisted by any government authority.
Financial Criteria
- Bidders must demonstrate the specified annual turnover.
- The selected caterer will have to pay a monthly rent/license fee for the space provided.
Tender Fee and EMD
- Tender Fee: Rs. 10,000 (non-refundable).
- EMD is not required for micro and small enterprises and start-ups of Madhya Pradesh.
