- Sales & Marketing of Telecom Products
- Telecom Access Network Maintenance
- Management and Life skills training
- In-Service trainings for employees of Government & Private Organizations
- Project Guidance to Trainees
Pre-qualification Criteria:
- The EOI outlines specific eligibility criteria for partners, including:
- Average Turnover: Partners must meet specific average turnover criteria over the last three financial years, varying for National and Zonal SSP/SDP categories.
- Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG): Partners are required to submit a PBG, with the amount varying based on the SSP/SDP category (National/Zonal).
Eligibility Criteria:
- The partner can be a Proprietor/Partnership concern/LLP/Company.
- The partner should be registered as per commercial laws.
- The partner may have a headquarter at any place in India/Zone and should be able to operate across India/Zone.
- The partner should have a valid GST registration certificate.
- The partner should provide letters of support from its training and placement partners.
- The partner should provide a 24x7 Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for service-related matters.
- The bidder should provide audited turnover, work orders, and trainer details.
Financial Criteria:
- The document specifies the Average Turnover required for National and Zonal SSP/SDP in the field of Skill Development/Marketing/Training in Telecom/IT/Networking Business.
Tender Fee and EMD:
- Price of the Form: Rs. 2100/- + 18% GST (However, it is exempted for MSEs/Start-Ups)
- Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG): As per Eligibility Criteria (varying for National and Zonal SSP/SDP)
