The selected agency will be required to:

Identify existing skill gaps, emerging job roles, occupational standards, and workforce requirements.

Submit a comprehensive final report (minimum 100 pages) with supporting materials.
Pre-qualification Criteria

Legal Status: Registered firm/organization in India with a minimum of 5 years of existence.

Experience: Minimum 3 relevant projects in market research or skill gap analysis in the ESDM or related sectors.

Financial Turnover: Minimum average annual turnover of INR 50 lakhs in the last 3 financial years.

Technical: At least 5 subject matter experts in electronics, policy research, or skilling.

Compliance: Not blacklisted by any central/state agency or organization.
