Tender Description Development of Digital Wellbeing Training Module and Supportive Job Aids & IEC Materials on Financial Literacy for Adolescent Girls in KGBVs (Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas)
Pre-Qualification Criteria

🔍 Background:

The initiative aims to empower adolescent girls in Rajasthan’s KGBVs through life skills education that promotes health, financial literacy, and digital wellbeing. This is in response to high rates of child marriage and gender discrimination, especially in vulnerable communities.
 
🎯 Objectives:
  1. Build capacity of KGBV staff and peer educators on digital, financial, and health-related wellbeing using life skills approach.
  2. Promote access to information on protection and health services.
  3. Develop resilience in girls against online abuse and digital stress.
  4. Strengthen peer networks and build inter-sectoral convergence using IT platforms.

🛠 Scope of Work:

1. Content Development – Digital Wellbeing Modules
  • 2 graded modules:
    • Class 7–8
    • Class 9–12
  • Languages: English & Hindi
  • Topics: Online safety, cyberbullying, screen time management, social media pressures, legal safeguards, and mental wellbeing.
  • Must be learner-centric, age-appropriate, and include interactive elements.
2. Design of Job Aids & IEC Materials
  1. Based on existing Financial Literacy Module (to be provided).
  2. Develop materials in English & Hindi (e.g., FAQ Booklets, Posters, Infographics).
  3. Target audience: adolescent girls & their educators.
3. Pilot Testing
  1. Test content in selected KGBVs.
  2. Collect and incorporate feedback from learners and educators.
4. Deliverables
  1. Draft and final version of the Digital Wellbeing Module (7–8 & 9–12).
  2. 2–3 Job Aids and 2–3 IEC Materials on Digital Wellbeing and Financial Literacy.
  3. Final resource toolkit in both languages.

✅ Eligibility Criteria / Required Experience:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in designing educational modules, especially in digital literacy, wellbeing, or financial literacy.
  2. Proven experience working with adolescent girls in domains like mental health, empowerment, or education.
  3. Ability to produce culturally relevant, engaging, and age-appropriate content.

📅 Duration:

2 months from the date of signing the contract.
💼 Supervision & Intellectual Property
  1. The work will be conducted under the terms of CECOEDECON/UNFPA.
  2. All content produced will be the exclusive intellectual property of the client.
  3. Information must not be shared or reused without written consent.
