Scope of Work

The selected Training Provider will be responsible for conducting Skill Development Training at Dhalai District, Tripura. The training includes specific job roles with a set number of candidates and hours of training for each role. The training roles are:  

1. Electrician (446 hours, 30 candidates)  
2. Beautician (206 hours, 30 candidates)  
3. Tailoring Course (346 hours, 30 candidates)  
4. Plumbering (456 hours, 30 candidates)  

The Training Provider must supply stationary/course materials, refreshments, and course completion certificates.  

Eligibility Criteria

The RFP outlines the minimum eligibility criteria that bidders must meet to qualify:

1. The bidder must be a Pvt. Ltd. Company/LLP/Society incorporated in India and based in Tripura.  
2. Bidders must provide a copy of their GST and PAN.  
3. The bidder should not have been blacklisted by any Central/State Government institution (self-declaration to be submitted).  
4. The agency must be NSDC registered as a Training Provider.  
5. The bidder should have at least one work experience in Skill Development in Tripura.  
6. The bidder must not be in litigation with any Govt. Organization/Society/Trust/Board/Corporation. Self-declaration must be uploaded.  

Tender Fee and EMD

1. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): Rs. 45,000/- (Rupees Forty-Five Thousand only)  

Submission Guidelines

1. Bids must be submitted electronically through the online portal.  
2. Bidders must download the tender document, digitally sign it, and upload it as part of the technical bid documents.  
3. All documents must be in PDF format with 150 dpi scan resolution.  
4. Hard copies of documents are not required.  
5. The Bid shall be in English Language.

2. Last Date for Receiving Bidder's Pre-bid Clarifications in Writing: 03-04-2025  
3. Date of Publication of Amendment (If Any): 08-04-2025  
4. Last Date and Time for Bid Submission: 11-04-2025  
5. Date and Time of Technical Bid Opening: 11-04-2025  

Bid Evaluation

The evaluation of technical bids will be based on a scoring system that considers various parameters, including the bidder's experience, trainer qualifications, and training plan. The bidder with the highest score will be selected.
