- Mode: Non-Residential (4 hours/day for 30 days = 120 hours total)

π Arithmetic & Intelligence Test
π General Knowledge & Current Affairs
π MPSC/UPSC Exam Preparation
π Personality Development & Interview Techniques
π― Target Beneficiaries: Final year college girls from rural areas, preparing for government exams like:
- Talathi, Gram Sevak, Police Constable, Agricultural Assistant, Anganwadi Supervisor, Accountant, Extension Officer, Health Assistant, and more.

- πΉ Training to be conducted at Taluka/District level in coordination with Child Development Project Officer
- πΉ Certified Trainers & Subject Experts Required
- πΉ Printed Study Material, Notebooks, Pens, and Snacks to be provided
- πΉ Trainees Must Receive Completion Certificates
- πΉ Geo-Tagged Attendance, Photos, and Video Recording of Training Required
- πΉ Non-Compliance with Terms May Lead to Blacklisting & Legal Action
