🎯 Scope of Work
The selected bidder will be responsible for conducting capacity building training/workshops for:
- Pourakarmikas (sanitation workers)
- Drivers
- Other sanitation and municipal staff

📋 Pre-Qualification / Eligibility Criteria

🧮 Evaluation Methodology
- Stage 1 – Responsiveness Check:

- Only qualified bidders’ financial bids will be opened.

🔒 Performance Security
