📌 SCOPE OF WORK
Empanelled Training Providers will be responsible for:
- Mobilization & counselling of youth (preferably through District Skill Melas)
- Setting up NSQF-compliant training centres (inside or outside Arunachal Pradesh)
- Training delivery in priority sectors:
Tourism & Hospitality, IT/ITeS, Aviation/Automotive, Construction, Media & Entertainment, Construction Equipment, Foreign Language, etc.
- Batch size: 10 – 30 candidates
- Mandatory OJT, assessment, certification & placement
- Minimum 70% placement, out of which minimum 50% wage placement
- Mandatory third-party SSC assessment
- Biometric attendance & post-placement tracking (minimum 3 months)
