✅ SCOPE OF WORK
The selected Training Service Provider (TSP) must:
- Conduct RPL Training (Stage-1 – 12 Hours):
- 6 hrs Domain training
- 4 hrs Soft skills + Financial & Digital Literacy
- 2 hrs Assessment orientation
- Conduct Assessment via CSDCI-affiliated assessment agencies
- For failed candidates, conduct Stage-2 120-hour Bridge Course as per PMKVY norms
- Set up training centre at worksite and manage:
- Mobilization of beneficiaries
- Certified Trainers
- Biometric Attendance System
- Branding & Documentation
- Photography & Videography
- Monthly progress reports
- Ensure SDMS entry, certifications, and distribution
- Meet PMKVY, CSDCI & CGBOCW compliance
