Purpose:
To empanel eligible Training Partners (TPs) and Training Centres (TCs) for implementing pilot training programs to train women and master trainers in three newly approved national qualifications under the childcare economy.
🟩 2. Scope of Work
The empanelled TPs/TCs will be responsible for:

🟩 3. Project Locations
Preferred locations:
Delhi NCR (New Delhi), Bihar (Patna), Tamil Nadu (Coimbatore & Tirupur), Karnataka (Hubbali-Dharwad, Bengaluru), and Maharashtra (Pune, Aurangabad).
Other locations may also be considered.

🟩 5. Eligibility / Pre-Qualification Criteria
A. General
- Valid registration, PAN, and GST.
- Mandatory accreditation/affiliation with HSSC on SIDH for the specific job role before training begins.
- Must use HSSC certified trainers only.

🟩 6. Trainer & Infrastructure Requirements
Trainer Qualification:
As per Appendix 1, includes graduates/postgraduates in ECD, social work, public health, home science, or equivalent with relevant childcare experience (3–5 years).
Also includes specialized guest faculty for nutrition, pediatrics, and special education.
Equipment & Infrastructure:
- Minimum 600 sq. ft. mock childcare center with listed equipment (furniture, kitchen, hygiene, and learning materials).
- Additional 300 sq. ft. classroom with computer lab setup (computers, printer, projector, etc.).
